Marie, the owner of WWL Movement LLC, acquired her knowledge and experience in prenatal and postpartum exercise and nutrition during her two pregnancies. Her dedication to achieving two successful natural births led her to work closely with a team of professionals, including personal trainers, doulas, nutritionists, and OBGYNs. Additionally, she conducted extensive science-driven research, which ultimately led to her successful natural birth deliveries.
